Solstice Moonrise, Embo Beach (Original on canvas) FRAMED
This painting was inspired by a sunset swim on the summer solstice. The moon rose as we were in the water - a strawberries and cream confection, yummy enough to take a bite of. The water was calm, with frothy laps around the rocks. A truly magical atmosphere, which I failed to capture with my camera, but successfully re-created with this limited palette acrylic painting on canvas.
Canvas: Original one-off unbleached cotton canvas (350gsm) - 14” x 10” In white painted wood frame.
