Winter Fox (Card)

We get a lot of foxes on the peninsula as missing hens confirms. Nature is often seen as brutal, when predators strike, yet this is the way of the natural world. Every creature needs to eat and home poultry are easy targets. Foxes have a reputation of being both wily and ferocious, but they are animals which take the easiest option to feed themselves and their young - be it raiding rubbish bins in cities, or hen houses in the country. I’ve seen a few foxes. They’re beautiful creatures. I enjoyed layering up this winter fox, with his fluffed up fur. He’s nice and healthy and out for an adventure in the snow.
