Patient Contemplation (Original Canvas) FRAMED
A glint of blue darting across the sky is all I’ve ever seen of a kingfisher. I know they sit and stare patiently waiting to catch fish, though I’ve never spotted one in repose. So my best capture, so far, has to be this wee blue gem sat on a post. Acrylics with pen and glitter chalks, eco glitter and micro glass gold beds went some way to capturing the iridescent sparkle of these delightful wee birds.
Canvas: Original one-off unbleached cotton canvas (350gsm) on European pine frame- 20cm x 20cm
